Chocolate City is the place to be..Everyone is so professional and a great. I just love the way Ms Janice (owner) does my hair and she’s so amazing . She will have you walking out looking so beautiful and amazing. I truly recommend Chocolate City to anyone.

Chocolate City has an elegant atmosphere and is very warm. Janice is the best stylist in town. She always has me looking Fly when I leave her shop. I always look forward to my appointment. I would give her 10 stars but the rating only goes up to 5.
